These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of food and snack products by Totally Tasty and Total Office, trading names of Thurgoods Limited (Company Number 00690535), with a registered address at 6 Carnival Park, Carnival Close, Basildon, Essex. These Terms apply to all orders placed via our online store as well as any orders placed directly with us through other means, including email, telephone, or in person. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Delivery

- We deliver to designated postcodes listed on our website.
- Nationwide delivery may be available on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval.
- 1.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- 1.3 Delivery Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.
- Once the goods are delivered, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
2. Shortages, Damages, Discrepancies, and Loss in Transit
- 2.1 Claims for Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
- We will, at our discretion, refund, replace, or issue credit where goods have been lost, wrongly delivered, damaged in transit, or there is a short supply in an order.
- To make a claim, you must notify us within 5 days of the delivery date.
- If an entire consignment is lost, you must inform us within 3 days of the invoice date.
3. Returns & Refunds
- 3.1 Return of Defective Goods
- If a product is defective or damaged, we reserve the right to replace it rather than issue a refund.
- Refunds will only be issued at our discretion; in which case a credit will be applied to the customer’s account.
- If a replacement is offered, you must accept it unless clear cause for refusal is provided.
- All defective products must be returned to us before a replacement is issued.
- 3.2 Returns of Unwanted Items
- All returns of unwanted items are subject to our approval and must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- Goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to decline returns for perishable goods unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
